UCAZ with the support from Local Authorities Capacity Enhancement Project has engaged Women’s Academy for Political and Leadership Excellency (WALPE) to conduct leadership virtual training primarily focusing on urban female councilors.
The purpose of this training is to:
- Capacitate female councilors to serve their wards by coming up with achievable campaign manifestos
- Develop campaign strategies that will ensure that they win in 2023
- Build their confidence and sharpen leadership skills
