Harare City Council Town Clerk, Eng. Hosiah Chisango addresses the media, Monday 27 November 2023, on progress council has made in refurbishing the Morton Jaffrey Water Works. This comes after the government had set up a 19-member technical team chaired by the University of Zimbabwe Civil Engineering lecturer Prof. Hodson Makurira to improve water supply in Harare.
