Coach Rambo real name Victor Kazembe became a national sensation recently when he retrieved three bodies of people who had slipped into and drowned in an open sewage pit in Harare's Budiriro 3 suburb. The three people on different days accidentally slipped into the pit which is close to a foot path. The Councils Urban Councils Association of Zimbabwe conveys our deepest condolences to the families of the victims. We also want to commend Coach Rambo for his heroic exploits, diving into a pit full of sewage to retrieve, not one, but three bodies, risking his own life in the process. We have come to know that Coach Rambo is well known in the in the life savers circles nationally as one of the unsung heroes who have rescued several people in different situations such as flooded rivers where they would have been marooned.
